I hold undergraduate and master’s degrees in Psychology from Stanford with a focus in Decision Theory and am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Over thousands of hours with hundreds of executives, I've developed an approach that works on two fronts: the high-stakes decisions you're making now and the belief systems driving how you make them.
